Civil Assist was contacted by Eastwood Hill Arboretum, the National Arboretum of New Zealand, for surveying, design and estimation work required for a new road circumnavigating the arboretum. The mission of Eastwood Hill to develop their extensive collection of plants aligns well with Civil Assist’s value of environmental support.
We were pleased to provide our expertise on this project, using our drone surveying equipment and computer aided design to deliver quality aerial photography and base data.
Following this successful project we were again engaged by Eastwood Hill to design and develop a road link. This was an essential infrastructural asset delivered right through from concept, technical drawings and estimation to contract development for the physical work.
This project was managed by Andrew Lawton, with support from Thomas Omundsen and Nabin Ranabhat.
"The Link Road project has led to some dynamic changes that led to timeframe alterations, Andrew and the team were understanding, able to meet the new timeframe by going the extra mile for us. Civil Assist are professional, approachable and easy to work with."
